Once your order is placed, you will automatically receive an email confirming your order.
To ensure swift and safe delivery, Florence Banega uses trackable courier services which will require a signature upon delivery of your parcel. If no one is available to sign for your parcel at the specified address, the courier will leave a card and telephone number for you to make alternative arrangements at your convenience.
UK next working day delivery is applicable only if your order is placed before 12pm (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays). All UK orders will be delivered via Royal Mail Next Day Delivery.

CUSTOMS DUTIES
On orders from countries outside of the European Union, Import duty applies over a certain value. This is a tax that the recipient has to pay as an importer in order to bring foreign goods into their country. The amount to be paid depends on the type of goods and where they come from. In the event that this fee is not paid by the recipient, customs will not release the package and will send it back to Florence Banega in London. For more information regarding customs duties, we advise our customers to get in touch with their country’s Revenues and Customs office. Florence Banega is not liable for any customs and tax duties for your respective country.
