Returns + Exchanges
We offer 100% hassle free returns. Try your purchases in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send them back we will be happy to offer you a refund if received back within 14 days of the date of delivery. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your proof of purchase.
RETURNS
Returned items must be in their original packaging, and in the condition in which they were received, without wear. Florence Banega will not accept returns of any items that have been worn or show signs of mishandling. Shipping costs are not refunded unless the item is faulty.
Item(s) must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date. This includes UK and International orders.
Florence Banega will not accept returns of any earrings, for hygienic reasons. Please email us before ordering if you are unsure.
For UK orders, we recommend using Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery services. For international orders, we strongly recommend that you use a secure trackable courier service such as FedEx, DHL or UPS to return international orders. Florence Banega cannot be held responsible for any items which do not reach us, so it is advisable that you use a trackable service. Please note that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the EU.

EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the item as above. Please contact our customer care team here, with your request. Once your item(s) have been received by us, we will arrange for the difference in cost of your item(s) to be paid for if your replacement item is of a lower value than your original item. If your replacement item is of a higher value, then our customer care team will arrange for an online payment using a unique link to settle the balance.
Item(s) must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date. This includes UK and International orders.
We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or stolen in transit if they are not sent back via a tracked service. Please note that unidentified returns will be returned to the sender and will not be refunded. Any item returned after the given time period will only be refunded at our discretion.
PROCESSING YOUR REFUND
Upon receipt of your item(s), the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods, minus the delivery charges (exceptions may apply). We will process your refund within 3 days of receipt. Your credit card company may take 4-7 working days to credit your account.
